Your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering the best quality products. However, if you face any issues with your order, our Refund & Return Policy ensures a smooth and fair process.


📌 Eligibility for Returns

Customers have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.

Returns are accepted only if:

  1. The product is defective or damaged.

  2. The product delivered is incorrect (different from what you ordered).

  3. The product has manufacturing defects.

⚠️ Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or wrong selection by the customer.


📌 Mandatory Condition – Video Proof

Customers must record a clear video before opening the package (unboxing video).

The video must show:

  1. Outer package condition.

  2. Seal/label intact.

  3. Full unboxing until the product is visible.

This video proof is mandatory for all return or refund requests.

Without video proof, return/refund requests cannot be processed.


📌 Process for Returns & Refunds

Contact Us within 5 days of delivery via:

Provide:

  • Order ID

  • Product details

  • Unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Our team will verify the claim.

Once approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and bill.


📌 Refunds

Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

If approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

If you choose, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.


📌 Non-Returnable Items

Items without proper unboxing video proof.

Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Items returned without original packaging or missing parts.
